Certified Installer Program

We believe that manufacturing and installation are inextricably linked: we can produce the finest windows to the highest possible standards, but their quality will never shine through unless they’re properly installed. That’s why we developed our Certified Installer Program, and it’s one of the only of its kind in the industry.

What is the purpose of the program?

This program aims to provide the best possible experience for our customers and to ensure the performance of our products for many years to come. In addition to the superior quality of our products and the fact that they are recommended by CAA Québec, we wanted to offer you peace of mind with our certified installation service.

What does it consist of?

Our certified installer program is made up of a list of contractors who have been selected and approved by Isothermic. They have completed the most recent training related to the national A440 standard (which governs methods for the installation or replacement of windows and doors), as well as the mandatory training related to our products and our high expectations.

Certified installers are evaluated on four criteria to maintain their accreditation:

Participate in Isothermic’s ongoing multi-training program
Achieve a score of 100% on our multi-training program assessments
Agree to be subject to surprise inspections
Maintain a customer experience satisfaction rating of 95% or higher
