If you want to see the personal information we keep on file, you can email a written request to confidentialite@isothermic.ca. We’ll send you this information at minimal or not cost to you once we confirm your identity, in accordance with applicable law.

You can ask us to delete your personal information.

If you want us to delete the personal data provided to us, you are entitled to ask us to do so. To make this request, please contact us at confidentialite@isothermic.ca. We will handle your request with the utmost care, and in strict compliance with current legislation

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, by deleting or securely destroying your data unless we are required to keep it for legal or regulatory reasons, or to deliver a project.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We will never sell or share our customers’ personal information to/with outside organizations. Only Isothermic and its agents are authorized to use your personal information, and then only when they need it to provide you with a product or service, or if required by law.

You can withdraw your consent.

At Isothermic, we respect your right to privacy. You choose whether or not to consent to submitting personal information via the website (or other means) when we need it to provide a product or service for you.
