At Isothermic, a door and window manufacturer founded in Quebec in 1982, our aluminum entry doors are custom-made in our Thetford Mines plant using Reynaers Aluminium systems, and we are one of the few certified Reynaers fabricators in Canada. Long-term stability and durability

The frame and door leaf, made from high-quality aluminum, keep their shape through humidity, UV exposure and freeze-thaw cycles, so the door holds its alignment, its seal and its original finish. Maintenance comes down to cleaning the frames and lubricating the mechanisms and hardware twice a year, as recommended in our maintenance guide.

Three Reynaers series for three levels of performance

The right series depends on the look you want, the size of the opening and the performance you expect. Thermal values shown are maximums and vary with the configuration and glazing.

SlimLine 38: the choice for a steel-look aesthetic

SlimLine 38 recreates the look of traditional steel doors with very slim profiles, making it the choice for a steel-look aesthetic in high-end renovations and minimalist projects. Reynaers offers it in several designs, from straight lines with shadow gaps to a clean flush finish, and options such as concealed hinges or a low threshold refine the details for a sleek, understated elegance. Its thermal value can reach Ud 1.0 W/m²K.

MasterLine 8: the choice for the best balance

MasterLine 8 is the most versatile series. Robust and secure, it combines stability, ease of use and a thermal value reaching Ud 0.98 W/m²K. Its standard version already offers generous dimensions and, in pivot configuration, it can reach up to 157 1/2 in. in height for a striking entrance. Flush or panel designs, low or zero thresholds, soft-close and integrated access control can be added depending on the configuration.

MasterLine 10: the choice for maximum performance

MasterLine 10 is intended for low-energy and passive projects, where insulation and airtightness come first. Its patented technology limits air infiltration, and the series holds Passive House certification with a Uw of 0.8 W/m²K in triple glazing. Reynaers also offers a burglar-resistant variant.

Colours, finishes and glass options

Profiles are available in a wide variety of durable powder-coated colours and textures for a stylish, long-lasting finish. Your advisor will present the full range of finishes available for your project.

Fixed sidelights, a transom or decorative glass panels bring natural light into the foyer without sacrificing privacy, perfect for modern entryways. Handles, hinges and hardware also allow further customization, including satin nickel or brass finishes.

An installation consistent with the building envelope

A high-performance door system depends on more than its material: glazing, seals, threshold, hardware and above all installation affect comfort near the opening and help prevent drafts. That is why every Isothermic installation is handled by certified installers trained on the CSA A440 installation standard and on our products, with continuing training and surprise inspections.

Depending on the series and configuration, the Reynaers systems we fabricate also carry Cradle to Cradle Certified® Bronze 4.1 certification, which assesses criteria such as material health and circularity. It is also why Isothermic remains a Reynaers-certified fabricator in Canada.

Smart access, built in at the factory

Reynaers access control is integrated directly into the door leaf during manufacturing. A fingerprint reader, keypad, badge or remote control replaces the traditional key: there are no spare keys to manage, and you keep better control over who comes in. Because the system is built into the door, it keeps a clean, seamless, modern appearance. It is still a relatively uncommon option in high-end residential doors.
