Build faster, without building to the minimum
We created PACE WallTM to respond to three pressures reshaping the construction industry: affordability, labor shortages, and the urgency to build sustainably. Protected by six patent applications, PACE Wall is a prefabricated envelope system designed for projects reaching up to 70 storeys.
Our ambition: shift complexity away from the job site toward the factory, reduce unforeseen issues, accelerate building enclosure, and deliver an envelope engineered for the climate demands of the decades ahead.

Performance
PACE WallTM is a prefabricated envelope designed to deliver exceptional performance at scale. With thermal resistance reaching an effective R-50 in opaque sections (RSI 8.8), it is engineered to withstand wind loads up to 5.3 kPa, achieves water infiltration resistance tested up to 2000 Pa, and air tightness of 0.06 L/s/m². Our system moves the logic of curtain wall construction off the job site. It’s not simply a faster solution. It’s an industrialized, measurable, and repeatable envelope system.

Balconies, Thermal Bridges and Building Envelope Continuity
In multi-residential buildings, balconies are often one of the most critical areas of the building envelope. The interface between the balcony, the concrete slab and the façade can create significant thermal bridges, increasing the risk of water infiltration, condensation, occupant discomfort and discontinuities in the building's control layers.
PACE Wall™ approaches the balcony as a critical interface that should be integrated into the system—not as a construction-site detail to be corrected later. Its prefabricated approach helps maintain the continuity of the building envelope around complex transition areas while providing better control of air, water, vapour and thermal performance.
The result is a more consistent, more repeatable building envelope that is better suited to the demanding performance requirements of today's high-performance multi-residential buildings.

Reduce impact, starting with the envelope
We chose aluminum for its lightness, durability, and ability to create a high-performance envelope at scale. The 100% aluminum sandwich approach of PACE WallTM, protected by patent applications, makes it possible to design a system that is lighter than several traditional steel or concrete assemblies. Depending on the project, this reduced weight can help lower structural loads, optimize transportation, and limit emissions related to construction. Its high thermal performance also helps sustainably reduce the building’s energy losses.
