Located in the heart of the Umano district in Lévis, Le Vital is a large-scale residential development comprising 230 units across 10 storeys, designed to accommodate a diverse range of residents—from students and active households to retirees. Developed by CONCREA, the project aims to create an inclusive and dynamic living environment, integrating shared spaces and amenities that encourage community interaction. Isothermic’s window and door solutions play a key role in the coherence of the building envelope, contributing to occupant comfort, energy performance, and overall quality of life within a rapidly growing urban context.
