Characteristics

1. Welded rigid PVC sash with double sealed glazing units of 22 mm (7/8") overall thickness, or triple of 32 mm (1 ¼").
2. Rigid multi chamber PVC structural welded frame with built-in dry wall and wood return.
3. Triple weather-stripping system.
4. Ninety degrees sash opening for easy cleaning.
5. A steel reinforcement is added to the frame to ensure long term durability of the mechanism.
6. Multi-point lock with 3 locking points.
7. Adjustable sash with a stainless steel hinge to ensure the window is set square and that the weather strips meet fully.
8. Aluminum screen covered at the joints with a solid overlap.
9. Hidden rubber or seal strip for neater look and easier cleaning.
10. Two-bar reinforced opening mechanism for larger sashes, starting at 600 mm.

Energy-efficient glass

The principle behind the energy-efficient glass is quite simple and effective: when the outdoor temperature is lower than indoors, the energy-efficicent glass will retain the interior heat to assure your comfort. On the opposite, when it is very warm, the glass will block sunrays, therefore keeping the ambient air cooler.
