• Extruded aluminum sash at the exterior and PVC interior, with double sealed glazing units of 22 mm (7/8") overall thickness or triple of 32 mm (1¼").
• 114 mm (4½") structural frame with extruded aluminum exterior sturdily joined to the PVC interior structure by by pressure.
• High performance triple weather stripping system, for maximum air and water tightness.
• Ninety degree sash opening for easy cleaning.
• A steel reinforcement is added to the frame for long term durability of the opening mechanism.
• Multi-point lock with 3 locking points.
• Adjustable sash with a stainless steel hinge to ensure the window is set square and that the weather strips meet fully.
• Aluminum screen covered at the joints with a solid overlap.
• Profiled sash for superior finishing.
• Hidden rubber or seal strip for neater look and easier cleaning.
• Reinforced opening mechanism with two bars for larger sashes, starting at 600 mm.
• Energy-efficient glass

The principle behind the energy-efficient glass is quite simple and effective: when the outdoor temperature is lower than in the indoors, the energy-efficient glass will retain the interior heat to assure your comfort. On the opposite, when it is very warm, the glass will block sunrays, therefore keeping the ambient air cooler.
